Marlon began his business journey in the fitness industry where he has worked for over two decades. He began as a personal trainer at a large fitness chain and soon after started his own company in 1994 where he opened and operated two gyms with over 50+ trainers on staff. After a decade as a facility owner he transitioned into conducting seminars and workshops focusing on personal training sales. In later years he expanded his focus and specialized in the creation, marketing and booking of sport specific fitness excursions to domestic and international destinations for various entities. One of the aforementioned entities was DDP YOGA, where he spearheaded the development, implementation and selling of workshops worldwide, with his template still currently in use.
